Read the Room ("the App") is developed and operated by Zorro Apps ("we", "us", "our"). This privacy policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

1. Data We Collect

Read the Room stores all data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.

Person names and cycle information are stored only on your device using local device storage (UserDefaults)
No account creation or sign-in is required
No data is sent to our servers or any third parties
No analytics, tracking, or advertising tools are used
No cookies are used

2. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases for premium coaching mode packs. All purchases are processed entirely through Apple's App Store infrastructure. We do not have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID.

3. Health-Related Data

The App allows users to manually input menstrual cycle information (cycle length and last period start date) for the purpose of cycle phase calculation. This data is:

Stored exclusively on your device
Never transmitted to any server
Not connected to Apple HealthKit or any health data services
Deletable by removing the person or uninstalling the App

4. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or data collection services. The only third-party service involved is Apple's StoreKit for processing in-app purchases.

5. Data Retention

All data is stored locally on your device. If you delete the App, all associated data is permanently removed. We do not retain any copies of your data.

6. Children's Privacy

Read the Room is not directed at children under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

7. Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over your data at all times. You can:

View all data within the App
Delete individual people and their data
Delete all data by uninstalling the App

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
