Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Read the Room mobile application ("the App") operated by Zorro Apps ("we", "us", "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Read the Room is a relationship coaching application that provides suggested text responses based on menstrual cycle phase information. The App is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only.

3. Not Medical Advice

The App does not provide medical, health, psychological, or professional relationship advice. The content provided is for general informational and entertainment purposes only. You should not rely on the App as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider regarding any health-related concerns.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

The accuracy of any information you input into the App
How you use the suggested responses provided by the App
Ensuring your use of the App complies with applicable laws
Obtaining consent from any individuals whose cycle information you track

5. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional premium coaching mode packs available as one-time, non-consumable in-app purchases through the Apple App Store. All purchases are:

Processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms and conditions
Non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies
Linked to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed into the same account

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials in the App are owned by Zorro Apps and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person
Misrepresent AI-generated or suggested content as professional advice

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any coaching content or suggested responses.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zorro Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, any damages resulting from relationship decisions made based on the App's suggestions.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zorro Apps from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
