Download the app, complete the 4-step onboarding, add your first person with their cycle information, and you're ready to go. The coaching overlay will appear automatically when you open a chat.
The app calculates cycle phases based on the last period start date and cycle length you provide. For best results, update the last period date whenever a new cycle begins. The app uses standard medical phase durations (Menstrual: Days 1-5, Follicular: 6-13, Ovulatory: 14-16, Luteal: 17-28).
Yes. All data is stored locally on your device only. We never collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Open a chat with any person. The coaching overlay will pop up automatically showing suggested responses. Tap the brain icon at any time to reopen it. Switch between Coach, Mate, Brave and any premium modes you've unlocked.
Coaching modes are different response personalities. Coach is empathetic and therapist-like, Mate gives casual advice like your best friend, and Brave is brutally honest. Premium modes include Wingman (live coaching), Bond (007 charm), TikTok (Gen Z energy), and more.
Go to the Shop tab and tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom. This will restore any premium packs you've previously purchased on the same Apple ID.
Yes! The app comes with space for multiple people. You can purchase additional person slots from the Shop if needed. Each person gets their own cycle tracking and personalised coaching responses.

You can delete individual people from the People tab by swiping left on their card. To delete all data, simply uninstall the app — all locally stored data will be permanently removed.
